The Digital Archives offers several different ways to access our material:

Browsing
The Browse All page shows all our items in the one screen. You can then refine your results using the filter options on the left hand side.
When you are viewing an individual item, if you click on any of the terms appearing as a grey button, it will show you all items with that particular term in that field. This allows you to browse all results created by the same person, or about the same topic.
Browse by Collection
The Collections menu lets you choose one of our three top-level collections to browse, search and refine your results.
Browse Menus
The Browse menus on the homepage allow you to browse all the categories in a particular field, and select one or more to display all items with those categories.

This repository offers powerful keyword searching capabilities. You can enter your keywords into the search bar on the homepage or at the top of any page.
You will then see the results of your search, and can refine them using the filter options on the left hand side. You can also choose whether to include results with your search terms within the full text of the item, or just within the metadata.
To search for a specific phrase, put it in quotation marks.
Advanced Search
The Advanced Search screen gives you more options for refining your initial search.

Documents and Images
Documents and images are displayed in a viewing tool that allows you to scroll through the pages (if there are more than one), zoom in and out, and view in full-screen mode. Any transcriptions are available from the Transcript tab to the right of the image viewer.
You can also download the item, generate a link for embedding the item on another website, bookmark the page or the image, and add the item to a IIIF Manifest or Viewer.

The International Image Interoperability Framework is an open source tool for viewing images and documents, and comparing them with other items in our collection, or from the collections of other institutions that provide items in the IIIF format. It enables deep zoom, comparison, structure and annotation.
Audio and video
Audio and video items are available to play, download, embed or bookmark.

The Samuel Marsden Archives, which is administered by the Donald Robinson Library, is the principal repository for the institutional records of Moore College, as well as the records of organizations and individuals with a connection to Moore College, the Anglican Diocese of Sydney and/or the evangelical tradition in Australia.
Library Collections
The Donald Robinson Library is an integral part of Moore Theological College. The Library began with the opening of the College in 1856. Today the Library is one of the largest and most comprehensive theological libraries in the Southern Hemisphere. Its growing collections and services support the academic work of our faculty, visiting scholars, PhD and other students. Donald William Bradley Robinson (1922-2018) was a former Vice Principal of the College, Bishop of Parramatta (1973-1982) and Archbishop of Sydney (1982-1993).
